Our shopping cart system is a secure system and all payment information you provide is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. What this means is that any information you provide us with in order to fulfil your order cannot be viewed by anyone eavesdropping on our SSL secured web pages. This ensures your billing and delivery information remains secure. Your credit card information is NOT seen or retained by us. We use WorldPay, a division of The Royal Bank of Scotland, for payment processing, and GeoTrust SSL for securing our web pages. - Date for delivery of goods
Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within three (3) working days of your order date but you should allow for seven (7) working days. You can check the status of your order by returning to our web site. Instructions on how to do this are e-mailed to you in your order confirmation.

- You have seven (7) days from the date immediately following the date you receive the goods to return them (i.e. if you receive the goods on the 1st of the month the first day of the seven (7) day cancellation period would commence on the 2nd day of the month and your right to cancel the order and return the goods will expire if the goods are not shipped to us on the 9th day of the month at the latest).
- All returns must be unopened and unused, marked "RETURN - ORDER NUMBER" (see your invoice for the order number) and be received by us in the same condition as they were shipped to you.
- You must notify us by e-mail at returns@value-tyres.com prior to shipping any goods back to us and only ship the goods when we have replied to your notification and accepted your return. You must stipulate why you are returning the goods.
- Upon receipt of returned goods in the same condition as we shipped them to you we will refund your initial order in full by making a refund to the credit card you used to pay for the goods or send you a cheque.
- The cost of and organising the return of goods to us at our business address (shown above) is your responsibility. We will only pay return shipping costs if the goods received by you are not as described on our web site when you placed your order or we agree, by prior arrangement, to refund your shipping costs.
- Substitute Goods
- We do not ship substitute goods in the event your product choice is "out of stock" or unavailable. If a particular product is "out of stock" our shopping cart will not allow you to place an order. You will, of course, be able to place an order for alternative products that are in stock.
